The event will happen on May 26 at the World Affairs Council in San Francisco. Booking is still in progress; confirmed guests include John Diaz, editorial page editor of the San Francisco Chronicle, and Matt Mansfield, deputy managing editor of the San Jose Mercury News. The APME Credibility Roundtable is a national program founded to help address issues of media credibility. This year the roundtable focus is on coverage of the upcoming national elections in November. Newsdesk.org is also participating in the APME's reader survey project, giving our readers the chance to join national editorial surveys examining press coverage of the day's compelling issues. We'll publish articles related to each survey as they become available.
